About us
Built on theairline side of the desk.
01Who we are
Lufthansa City Center Bulgarian Tours is a corporate travel agency in Sofia. We book and manage business travel for companies in Bulgaria: flights, hotels, group travel for delegations and events, and the changes that come with all of it.
The company behind the brand is Bulgarian Tours EOOD. We are registered with the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism as a tour operator and travel agent, and we carry the compulsory tour operator liability insurance. The details are on our imprint page.
02Stefan Gueorguiev
Stefan has worked in air travel since 2001. Until 2017 he was a trusted face of Alitalia in Bulgaria, which means he spent more than fifteen years on the airline's side of the desk: fares, group desks, schedules and the problems that land on a Friday evening.
He holds IATA/UFTAA diplomas, passed with distinction, and has completed Amadeus and Sabre courses.
That background shapes how we work. When a fare has conditions, we read them before we quote. When an airline changes a schedule, we rework the trip before we call you. Most of our clients came to us because someone they trust gave them Stefan's name.

03A small, senior team
We are deliberately small. You deal with the same people from the first request to the last invoice, and they know your travellers, your policy and your budget. Professional booking systems and well-built routines do the repetitive work, so the people can spend their time on judgement.
04Part of Lufthansa City Center
Bulgarian Tours is an independently owned member of Lufthansa City Center, a travel agency franchise network founded in 1991, with around 600 locations in 110 countries. Decisions are made in Sofia. The network gives us partner agencies where your people land.
