Company account

One emailto get started.

Opening an account starts with an email and a meeting. After that, a few company details, your travel policy and the names of the people who book. Every request then goes to the same team.

01How it starts

  1. Write to air@lcc.bg with your company details and the names of the people who will request travel.
  2. We meet, at your office, at ours, or by video call, to understand how your company travels: who travels, where to, how often, and what matters most to you.
  3. We send you our agreement, based on what we discussed. It sets out how we work together, our service fees and the payment terms.
  4. You sign it and send us your travel policy and your travellers' details.
  5. You send your first request. From then on, one email with dates, cities and names is enough.

02What we need from you

Company details

  • Registered name and legal form
  • UIC (EIK) and VAT number
  • Registered address, and the invoicing address if it differs
  • The manager who signs the agreement
  • The email address for invoices and accounting documents

Who books and who approves

  • The people allowed to send requests, with their email addresses
  • Who approves trips, if approval is needed, and above what amount

Your travel policy

  • Cabin class rules, for example economy on flights under a set number of hours
  • Hotel limits by city or by night
  • Preferred airlines and any frequent flyer or corporate agreements you hold
  • When a trip needs approval before we issue the ticket

If the policy is not written down, tell us the rules you follow and we apply them the same way every time.

Traveller details

  • Full names exactly as in the passport or ID card used for travel
  • Date of birth, nationality and passport details, where the airline or destination requires them
  • Frequent flyer numbers
  • Seat and meal preferences, if the traveller wants them passed on

03Fees and payment

We do not work from a price list. Service fees and payment terms are agreed in each company's contract and depend on what you need from us.

Without agreed credit terms, tickets are issued once payment is received. The details are in our terms and conditions.

04What you receive

Every traveller gets one itinerary. Every booking comes with an accounting document that lists each ticket on its own line, so your accounts department can book it as it is. The samples below use invented names and numbers.

05Your travellers' data

We ask only for what the airline, hotel or destination country requires, and we use it only to arrange the trip.

  • Only the people handling your bookings can see your travellers' data.
  • Data goes to the airlines, hotels and other suppliers of each trip, and to the booking systems we use to reserve and issue tickets. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for profiling.
  • Meal requests and requests for assistance are passed on only because the traveller asks, and only to the supplier who needs them.
  • Booking files are kept for five years after the trip. Enquiries that did not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months.
  • Travellers can ask what we hold about them, have it corrected, or have it deleted when we no longer need it.

The full details are in our privacy policy.

06While your people are travelling

When an airline changes a schedule or cancels a flight on one of your bookings, we rework the trip and send you the alternatives.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, Sofia time. Outside them we handle emergencies for travellers already on a trip, such as a cancelled flight or a missed connection, and tickets that cannot wait until the morning.
